The Challenge

The 30 Bays challenge involves swimming at least 30 strokes in 30 bays around Guernsey during the month of July. There is a list of bays to tick off which can be completed in any order. You can complete multiple bays in a day to make up for days when you won't have the opportunity.

Les Bourgs

Les Bourgs Hospice provides free, specialist care to any resident of the Bailiwick with a life-limiting condition. Funds raised by the 30 Bays in 30 Days all go to Les Bourgs Hospice to cover its annual running cost of £1.6m.
